Dan was on the phone with my manufacture trying to order a part. The longer he talked to them the more mad he got. They were telling him the part he was asking for was only cosmetic he kept telling them it wasn't. Finally he said "If that is what the engineer told you and you believe it It I have a rock in my driveway that has a higher IQ than both of you." I had to laugh But he wasn't lying. I took about 3 months for the part to come in he came back out and fixed the machine for us. It works the way it should. If you want someone who can get stuff done you will want to call One Call Fitness Repair. They don't play with our safety, our health, or our money! Its nice to have a company that is here for us consumers.
One call fitness is the absolute best the owner which is one of the techs came out and immediately noticed some things about my treadmill that the other company didnt even tell me that was wrong he called got my parts extradited and they will be out soon to fix it also customer service is great *** always call to give a update with a great attitude I will keep write another review when my treadmill is fixed.

Dan truly cares about the customers and making sure things are done right! He spent a whole day of work on 2 occasions tending to my stair climber. The first was to find the problem and the 2nd time was to fix the problem. Unfortunately the stair climber was not able to be fixed that day..... he literally tried everything because he knew I need that thing like air haha. It ended up needing to be replaced and I was expecting it to take at least 2 months because that is just how it is with exercise equipment. 2 weeks later and I’m already about to coordinate the set up for the replacement. I am beyond satisfied and wouldn’t trust anyone else to take care of this stair climber in the future! Great customer service for sure!

Amazing service. After another repair 'business' tore my machine up to the point it may not be able to be fixed, Brad came to my home and was professional and caring. He spent a lot of time looking into the situation and trying to resolve it by talking with his boss over the phone. They continue to try to get it resolved and have gone out of their way to help me. Excellent service, highly recommend! Don't do business with A1 Fitness in St. Louis! He will charge you and tear up your machine.

I could not get anyone to come service my 10yr old treadmill. I finally found One Call. They were professional, knowledgeable and great to work with. They returned my calls on the same day and worked around my schedule. The best part? I have a treadmill that runs like new. I am beyond grateful!
Am surprised by the “critical” reviews on this company! My experience with office staff, technician and ownership was nothing short of exceptional. The diagnosis of the operation of my treadmill was “spot on”! The process from initial contact with company and repair and servicing of machine was seamless and timely! I will most certainly use this company again for annual servicing n maintenance.

Brad was very professional. Diagnosed the problem with my elliptical quickly. Repair was done in a matter of minutes. Very pleased with the service I received.
The guys that came were able to determine quickly that I needed a new pair of.pedals on stationery bike to replace one that sheared off.

Dan came out and checked out my elliptical. Since I was almost out of parts warranty he changed every part out of my machine that he could. He was honest and told me it would be about 3 hours in labor and what the rate was. My machine works like the first day I bought it. Dan is 100% professional. Thank you Dan for treating us and our home with respect. This is more than we get with most companies!! I also love the courtesy calls the day before.

Great company. Stands behind products. Young lady setting up technician appointment was so nice. Technician was over the top friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Glad he was assign to us. In and out in 10 minutes. Overall experience was great.

Dan came within the time frame expected and he figured out the problem. He said it could be one if two things wrong and had to order the parts. He returned to repair our elliptical at said time and it ended up being the cheaper of the two parts. I feel as though he was honest and very professional. I would highly recommend his company to a home or business.

A: Depends on how often you use it. Call us we will tell you.
Q: Will you move my machine if I move to a different location?
A: yes. This takes 2 people at least. Cost is $190/hr for the first tech and $45/hr for the second
Plus drive time.
Q: Will you service me annually?
A: Yes. You pay the $190/hr pr
Q: Will you come lube my belt every month?
